This is an interactive, activity-based course where participants gain a strong understanding of Professional Scrum and the accountability of the Scrum Master. Through a combination of discussion and exercises, participants develop a deep understanding of the empiricism and the agile mindset underpinning Scrum, while learning the practical application of the same by successful Scrum Teams.
The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognised Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification exam.
As a seasoned agile delivery and transformation consultant, I will bring my own experiences and stories to the class, both as a Scrum Master and from coaching Scrum Masters, and I will be curious about your circumstances and eager to explore how Scrum may help you. The result will be an engaging, enjoyable and challenging learning experience where participants gain an understanding of Scrum theory and principles, the Scrum Master accountabilities and why each element of the Scrum framework is essential.
Participants leave this course with an appreciation for Professional Scrum, the agile mindset and how to deal with common myths and impediments to agility.
